Well, we got back from San Diego on Wednesday evening. It was incredible - I will give details later. I'm just taking a quick break from unpacking boxes (which were dropped off while we were out of town - thanks Dad and Janice!) The problem is, I unpack a few things, and then I'm exhausted! It will take me a year at this rate! And I'm beginning to realize the size of this house compared to the one we just left. I can't walk up the stairs without running out of breath! By the way - we have picked out a name for our new little boy to be born in 8 weeks - Houston Andrew Brockman. Yes, he will have the "HAB" initials like our other two kids. We usually don't fall into those "cutesy" traps, but this just happened to work well for our family. Okay, I have to get back to work now - Jay flies out for a meeting on Sunday, then he will be back for about two days, then gone again for 6-8 weeks. I'm trying to get as much productivity out of him while I can!

So glad that you have gotten moved into your beautiful home! We moved into our new house when I was pregnant with Clara Kate and I thought I was going to die. Everything stayed in the garage forever it seemed because I just couldn't do it physically. Love your name that you picked out for your little boy. Very cute! What school are your kids going to in the fall? Emmersen is starting Early Childhood 3 year olds at Harding Cordova. (thanks to the help of my parents) :) We'll have to re-evaluate where she goes once she enters real school. Take care of yourself!
I am so jealous that you are back in Memphis! Your home is beautiful! I like the name you picked and impressed that you picked it with 8 weeks still to go! Hopefully your last few weeks will go faster than mine did- it seemed like forever, but now she is already a month old! Take care of yourself!
I know how you feel! We moved to Ripley about 8 wks before Philip was born. I couldn't have made it w/o my mom coming to help.
Take care of yourself!!! Glad y'all are back "home".
Morgan - the kids will be at Pleasant Hill Elementary in Olive Branch. We've heard many good things about the school, and are very excited!
I love the name. I always wanted a little boy Henry and was vetoed. Now, I hear it more and wish I would have stuck with it... I would have had a Henry Allen Foyts. So, we would have had the HAF think going on. Although we never did the sameness of names...we did give each kid FOUR names and had very specific ideas.
Hey, let's face it...naming a child is important business and part of the fun.
I can't imagine moving right now. Good luck and don't work too hard.
