6 months

Can you believe the little guy has gone from this

to this?

Oh how sad it makes me! I wish I could freeze time so badly! Here are some facts about Houston:

He is wearing 6-9 months in clothing

He takes 5 bottles of 8oz each a day. He has started eating rice cereal and oatmeal. I think he has very sensitive taste buds. It took him forever to like the cereal and oatmeal (he gobbles it up now). However, anytime I try to feed him fruits or veggies he gets really mad and spits it out.

He sleeps about 9 hours a night. Sometimes he gets up around 10:00 or 11:00 at night for his last bottle, then lays back down until 5:30-6:00. Thankfully, he is not waking up in the wee hours anymore to eat.

His daycare teachers LOVE him, and tell me he is the best baby that they have EVERY day. I think he's a little flirt. :)

He has been rolling over from back to front for a while now. He usually just rolls one way though.

He is scooting, but not crawling.

He loves to blow raspberries and make noises. His little face gets so serious when he "talks," as if he's really concentrating on what he has to say.

When he smiles, his whole face lights up. He is the happiest baby I have ever had. He just loves life.

He loves to watch people and animals. He is fascinated with the world around him.

I am crazy about him!

Christy, he is such a cutie! I hate how time goes by so fast. It seems like Madison should still be a baby not turning 4 in a few months. It is especially sad when I think that there may be no more babies in our house :( I love all the stages they go through but I sure miss the smell of a baby more than anything :)
