Project #5

Text or E-mail Some Sweet Nothings
“I turn on my computer. I wait patiently as it connects. I go online. My breath catches in my chest until I hear three little words, “You’ve got Mail.” I hear nothing, not a sound on the streets of New York. Just the beat of my own heart… I have mail, from you.”
Meg Ryan as Kathleen Kennedy in “You’ve Got Mail”
Your Project
Send a flirty text or e-mail to your husband.
Getting Creative
- Use an e-card service (hallmark.com or americangreetings.com) to send a cute and flirty note.
- Don’t know how to text? Ask any teenager in the general vicinity.
- Most phones have a camera feature where you can send a photo message. Be sure to keep it G rated so that he doesn’t get in trouble at work.

Done, he loves getting sweet email messages from me. He's at his computer most of the day and says it makes work more bearable. These challenges have been so much fun! Thanks so much for the great ideas! :)
Usually Robbie and I text throughout the day so I decided to go the e-mail route! I honestly do not think I have ever sent him an email! We are just so used to texting. He is in the office today, so I can't wait to see what he says when he checks it! This has been such a fun week! Thank you for posting these fun "projects!" I enjoyed them. :)
I sent him an e-card. He rarely checks his email so who knows when he will actually open it but I'm sure God will use His divine timing in when David reads it. Thanks for an incredible week of pampering the men in our lives. I know I have been blessed by doing these projects and I hope David has as well. Great job Christy!
My hubby and I "text flirt" a lot anyway, so I sent him a picture instead and said I couldn't wait to get home and see him. (don't get any crazy ideas). I think he thought it was sweet :)
