I think we all leave this project with some new insight into our marriages. I used to think, “My husband would never read a book and do all of this for ME.” But we can’t think like that, can we? Let’s face it – men and women are made very differently, and we have to understand those differences, not resent them. I learned early in my marriage that if it was going to last, I needed to release my husband from unfair expectations. My husband expresses his love for me in many small ways, and I am trying to learn not to take that for granted. Some of you may have realized that by taking the initiative and “spoiling” your husbands, a little bit of that attitude may have rubbed off on them. Or it may not have yet. Sometimes it takes a little longer. We have to be unconditional in our love, and let God take care of the rest. I hope that you had a great week! Don’t stop now!
